If you have time to spare and energy to spare, this BANK ACCESS is great! Staff incompetent, badly polite. Schedules either erroneous or staff always late. We announce an opening time at 8am, and the staff arrives at 8:20 am. Almost nonexistent officials ... Security puts their knowledge before people who have already been patient for 30 minutes. In short, a star is too much but unfortunately, we have to put some. Update from 26/11/19 The service has become mediocre! At this crony between security and some customers ....

For banking access in Tana and Morondava, it's ok, on the other hand, for banking access in Majunga: it's lamentable! There is an urgent need to re-train your employees for better customer service. We had to hang around for an hour in the courtyard, without a chair, so sitting on the floor (luckily it was hot that day). Then, when it's your turn, you are made to wait for another two hours before being greeted by the cashiers who do not know how to count or use the machines to count the bills. And the director: quite simply **********! the karana and the vazaha take precedence over the poor Malagasy who waited all morning! In short, you are made to wait a whole morning to withdraw your ..... OWN MONEY. A bank to avoid!
