Chez Billy

I usually stay someplace else when in Antsirabe, but I love to come in to Chez Billy for a steak au poivre with some frites. The ambiance and music is awesome. If you're trying to head south to Morondava or other places and need a guide, you can usually get hooked up with one here. If you need a pousse, you can find them pretty easily outside. It's close enough to a lot of other things though so I'll often just walk.

I recommend you to go, it's very warm. In the evening it's cabaret!

A great little hotel-restaurant for a stopover in Antsirabe! Located near the small market "Antsenakely" and the cathedral in the center of Antsirabe, the hotel is clean and offers rooms at very affordable rates. There is the possibility to eat on site, with Gasy and European cuisine. They eat very well and inexpensively. The real strength of this establishment is its manager, everyone knows Billy sur Antsirabe! It is a meeting point for tourists and expatriates. Billy can put you in touch with guides he knows to help you discover the surroundings of Antsirabe! A warm and friendly place to discover!
