Shoprite Tana Downtown

Big supermarket, depend on where you stayed cause it’s quite a ways to get there. We were staying at Tamboho Suite which is 12 minutes to walked there. We bought all our provisions there for our 9 days trekking trip. Got what we needed.

Very handy supermarket with a nice selection. Parking may be a problem if you have a car. Very disappointing shopping experience today. Many staff displayed a very poor attitude towards customers; as though the customers were getting in the way. Yes it's a busy store; all the more reason to set a high standard of service

Too small

It is supermarket which is considerably big in Tana. There are many kinds of things. If you can stop by before you go to another area, you can save money by buying a lot of water. Expensive places are nearly twice as expensive.

There are apples, bananas, oranges, etc., and an Ar 290 of freshly baked French bread. The skin that has just been baked is crispy and delicious. The mineral water is 1.5 liters and the price is Ar 2000. The chocolate is too bitter to eat.
