Impractical for withdrawing foreign currency from ATM. Today, instead of allowing the usual maximum of 400,000 Ariary. It only allowed half the amount. This cost me multiple fees when trying to withdraw bigger amounts. Also the security tried to press buttons while my card was still in the ATM

In wanting to withdraw 800,000 ariary, I only received 210,000 ariary today, the rest was stuck in the machine, then the money went back into the machine. The counter to whom I reported the problem had absolutely nothing to do, I had to insist on having a copy of my complaint (!!!) and now have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back while I have already been charged.

This agency is very practical ... too bad the parking lot is too small ...

I went there today and now they are using the queue management system and I find that it has improved the services.
