Ethiopian Airlines

Many people consider Ethiopian airlines as one of the most serious over Africa. I had particularly enjoyed a flight with their dreamliner Boeing 787

I will never book with Ethiopian Airlines again. I booked my flight months ago when prices were good (through all airlines), then 1 month before my trip, Ethiopian cancelled my flight. Now everywhere is twice the price because the travel date is so close. Tried working with customer service to re-book and they wanted to add 10-20 hours to my trip or stick me with a 12-hour layover ... thanks Expedia (you suck too - kept me on hold bouncing back and forth between crappy customer service agents for over an hour!). Long story short, do not ever book with Ethiopian Airlines, and you don't have to take my word for it - google it - apparently Ethiopian Airlines has a LONG history of canceling flights a month before people's trips - causing a LOT of frustrated people. This is not a "rare event" for Ethiopian Airlines, it appears to be just another day of sucky business practices for them. Never again ... never ever again, I will never fly Ethiopian again.

They answered by phone but they had to call us back after viewing the email, but they didn't. We solved it by ourselves to check online for problems
