Nothing but praise for Grand Mada Tours - I have used their services on two seperate trips and will continue to do so. Madagascar can present many challenges for tourism not the least being weather and changeable government "laws" and providers at some destinations suddenly changing prices and terms but the team at Grand Mada Tours do everything to ensure you have a first class experience no matter what. Reliance to some destinations on Air Madagascar who have a terrible reliability and are prone to cancelling flights without notice would make any tour operater nervous is just one hurdle the lovely people at Grand Mada Tours take in their stride. During my last trip it was the middle of cyclone season and many roads were impassable which was explained to me and alternative tours that really made my holiday wonderful were offered - and wow what a great holiday! Due to the friendliness of team Grand Mada I feel like I got to know the heart and soul of this amazing part of the world. As a solo female traveller I felt not just looked after, not just another client but a friend - I miss you guys, will be back again :)
