Very good hotel to stay at Antananarivo. Calm and having beautiful swimming pool. Best service

The place was huge even for two persons. Good food in the restaurant. The only thing I did not like was the lack of bidet in the toilet and the AC was not working.

This is an awful hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The bed in my room was so old that it was concave and very hard. I could feel the springs in the mattress and I woke up in the morning with back pain from sleeping on it. At 9:30 am I asked to tell the manager (who can apparently only speak Chinese) and was told to wait for him to arrive at work. I waited for hours and when I called to see the manager at 1 pm I was told that he "did not come to work today". The breakfast consisted of a fried egg and a piece of bread, a small yogurt and a croissant from a packet. I had to ask 3 times for a coffee and a spoon to eat the yogurt. It was unbearable. There was no option at lunch time. The swimming pool is empty, but the hotel is still advertising itself as having a swimming pool. I strongly advise all potential customers looking to book a room here to avoid this place.

I was only there for a very brief overnight stay. But was fine, and felt safe. Nice room.

The beds are horrible, the breakfast wasn’t that great and there were roaches in the bathroom. Also the hotels smells musty. The staff is friendly though.
