Chez Arnaud

Chez Arnaud, the reputation of this restaurant precedes its cuisine. Yet I don't esteem the latter, living up to all the highly positive reviews I've heard from them. The wood-fired pizza must have been left unattended for a moment. This moment was long enough for the pizza to be impregnated with a rather pronounced and therefore unpleasant burnt taste. And the taste, nothing special there. The only condiment to enhance the taste of this dish was the little pinch of herbs sprinkled over it. The pizza was simply salty, nothing more. And for some reason it stung my tongue.
