Indigo Be Madagascar

Fantastic !!! The best trip of my life! Super well managed and organized. We had problems with a canceled flight and they moved heaven and earth to fix everything.

I was not convinced to travel to Madagascar, a country I had read that I was so poor but the truth is that I do not regret anything. I hired the trip with Trekking & Adventure and the truth is that it gave me a lot of confidence that they knew the destination firsthand and they explained everything very well. There our guide Santa flooded us with information about the culture of the country and its fauna and flora. He showed us that poverty is not as much as it is read and that the people there are happy with nothing and that they are not hungry. A 10 trip and I hope to return soon.

Just a few lines to thank the Malagasy people for their smile and their hiospitality. The island deserves several trips, but in this case we have only been able to visit the south, since we did not have more than 12 days. We have been surprised by the good level of hotels, vehicles, and above all the professionalism of Fede, our Spanish speaking guide. An incredible but very hard destination, the disastrous roads, the people did not like me at all, very interested in taking the pasta and little else, they scammed us everywhere to the point of having to contact an agency in the capital to organize us the rest of the trip. We do not advise public transport, or backpacker hotels full of fleas and ticks, where they robbed us while we slept ... go well organized with everything well tied and with someone who can answer for it, we meet other Spaniards than the rental car that they had hired did not go to the hotel where they had stayed, others were left lying in the ramonafama park because they were asked for triple what they had agreed to get to Ifaty. From what we find out, it is a usual practice that once outside the capital as you have no choice, you double or triple the rate ...
