Place unfortunately unknown by most people. The doctors of the Chinese medical aid team and their Malagasy counterpart and collaborators are doing a good job and free of charge. Only drugs are to be bought at the pharmacy. This is the only place, to my knowledge, where you can do acupuncture, a traditional Chinese healing technique that no longer needs to prove its effectiveness to patients. Apart, there are also surgeons, dentists, cardiologists, gynecologists and so on ... And in addition the hospital is recently built, the infrastructure is better than the other hospitals. Unfortunately, they do not have enough materials to fully exercise their expertise.
