Two of my nephews and myself were all born in this hospital. None of them encountered any problem at all. Pretty clean.

Pitiful service and a total lack of respect for the patients! I went for a gynecological consultation and I had to queue to go to the reception just to ask me to queue again at the reception of gynecological consultations. At the reception I specify that I work and that I start early so I would like an appointment very early in the morning. I am asked if I can come back in 1 week at 6:30 and I say yes. See you at 6:30 in the morning. We arrive right on time, we pay the consultation at the reception and we are asked to wait in the waiting room. Dr. Anja, palaving with a colleague I guess, sees us enter the waiting room. 1h after (7:30) still no Dr Anja. A lady joins us in the waiting room, she says she is waiting for a friend who will provide her with a document for her job. 7:38 AM: Dr. Anja pokes her nose with nonchalance and disdain. She welcomes us into an office that is not hers and will receive her "friend" in her office. Half an hour to hang around in an office ... after waiting 1h08. We decide to leave and recover the 18000Ar we paid. Again, to be reimbursed, we had to go back and forth and half an hour more to support the execrable slowness of public service. We are informed that Dr. Anja is in block and she will be there for about 1h30. The most rotten public service in history. 😠😤😡😡😡 Misaotra Dr. Anja t @ disrespect sy ny fanambaniana! I will never stay there again!
