Quite and pleasant spot in the middle of the city.
From a distance it looks grand. But the nearer you get the greater the smell of human waste. We spent 2 days in the capital, a lively friendly place that potentially has a lot going for it.
But judging by the way the lake and Memorial have been neglected things are not going in the right direction.
The best corner view of Antananarivo, suddenly looks like Europe in this corner.
I didn't even know that people lived on Madagascar
