Bus terminal from the center of the capital to Ambatobe, up to Panoramic, villas area at the Roof of the capital. Paved roads on the end poorly maintained, donkeys every 50metres, very painful, and especially a crowded area with narrow passages for vehicles against the direction. What does town planning do?
