L'Hermitage Mantasoa

Great place to get away to. We actually stayed at another place nearby m, but came here to go swimming and get lunch. They also have a lot of other activities like tennis (but the court wasn’t in in great shape) and other great water activités (like paddle boats and such). Would definitely go back.

Well established hotel near Mantosa lake and village. Quite easily accessible but no direct access to the lake. Well equipped and large spaces around. Has its own horse riding facilities.

Stopped for lunch en route to Tana. The lunch was excellent, and the hotel and grounds are beautiful. The owner was kind enough to show us her beautiful horses, who are so well taken care of. It must be a horse's paradise to live here. Wish we could have stayed for a few days. Maybe next time!

Nice place. Rooms are old and bed is not the most comfortable ones. But the owner is very friendly so as staff. Good restaurant with nice deserts. A lot of activities are available on the site: horse riding, boats, hiking and much more. The lake is beautiful. A nice place for a weekend getaway.
