Hotel Rova

Well maintained hotel. Our room was small and noisy from the main hall, but the other ones seem much better. Nice and clean.

Staff is very kind and helpful. When it rains, there are power cuts and the water stops. Water is a bit dirty in out of the sink, but maybe this is true everywhere in Madagascar. I would recommend it!

A very beautiful small hotel in a safe area. There are nice restaurants within short walking distance. Room was comfortable. Staff was very nice.

What a great little jewel in a nice neighborhood! After 2 weeks of sparse accommodation it was so nice to be well rested and get cleaned up before the long flight home. We spent 2 nights there. The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the manager was stellar. We had a great shower with plenty of hot water and a nice shower head. The queen bed was new and comfortable . . . one of the few nights we weren't on saggy mattresses so a real treat. Pillows were like pillows not an overfilled sack of potatoes. It was quiet and perfectly air conditioned. Enjoyed TV and Internet. The decor and attention to detail with intimate lighting created a peaceful ambience. Really nice accommodation and worth the low season price. We had a great view over the Hollywood-esque sign and enjoyed watching the sun set over Tana. We were able to leave our bags after check-out and read in the lobby until our midnight flight. No reservations in recommending this beautiful little retreat. There were plenty of nice little restaurants within a 2-3 block radius - including heavenly Vietnamese and decent Korean.
