During the festive season I needed my black suit dry cleaned for a dinner and dance event. The suit was nicely done within a few days and I got a courtesy call when it was ready for collection.

Professional dry cleaning services. The building may not look like much, but the items come back clean and covered in plastic. Prices are cheaper than Western countries but still fairly high by local standards. A two piece suit will set you back 13,000MMK. Overall a good experience. Turn around is 3 days, unless you pay extra for 1 day service.

Only do a 3 day turnaround on simple laundry. Not practical for travellers. Seems they dont need the business.
