Great for afternoon tea with a selection of donuts. There are not many dine in so it is quite nice to chill.

Well feeling peaceful and also it vantage and classic design is unique because it open at one of the historical place of Myanmar.

Good and quiet place to have a donut with coffee after a long Walk around the secretariat.

I haven't tried this place as the marker is located in the wrong position (in the middle of the road..) hence the 3 stars. Check out the secretariat buildings close by. Maybe it is there. Otherwise try the one on the other side of town in the shopping mall.
