It is a famous book store located on Pansodan Street upper block just at the start of Pansodan Flyover. Most of the books are for Myanmar people. If you need books written in English, just go and find at Myanmar Book Center. Whatever, I like sarpaylawka 2 even though it is not the best book store in Yangon.
