With the price of 23,000 MMK per one night, they provide their best service. AC, hot water, TV and refrig. However, AC is window type. Nice view to Pagoda. Close to Pyay Main Station and Night Market. I did not regret to choose this Motel, as I explored along strand road for hotel. No breakfast as Motel standard, so I can enjoy local breakfast, salad rice.

Standard quality. Good for one day not for more. Clean but really noisy because of main street.
