The employees are extremely bad. We called the bank on March 4 morning and asked them if the transferred money from Yangon is already in our account. They told us "no". We don't think they even check into it because they immediately said 'no'. We called them again in the evening. Their reply, "we are busy now, call us back tomorrow". What? What kind of bank service is this? There is no such a thing in other countries - not to mention some of us are living in other countries and have been using bank accounts from different banks. We are very frustrated ... This kind of service doesn't deserve even a star.
