Cheap and clean. Great location! Worth the money! And the manager very helpful!

I'll be brief about the rooms (lovely hot or cold shower, ok wifi, comfy enough bed, nice toilet, I had one night with A/C and other nights with fan), the big big plus here are the staff! They have been so helpful and done a lot to accomodate my needs (like helping me when my phone broke I it could only be paid for on a day I was going to be away from town). The small gestures go a long way. Thank you so much!

It's ordinary guest house....

We stayed here on March 25, 2019 in a room with two twin beds. My friend woke up at 5 am with bed bug bites all over her, and we could see some brown stains on the sheets from the blood or the bugs. A little later I also found bed bug bites on my arms and hands. It was definitely bed bugs and not mosquitos because they left the classic “line” of bites, about 5 in a row. We told the owners what happened, and they did not believe us. We took them to the room and showed them the blood marks on the sheets. We lifted up the sheets, and sure enough on the mattress was the bed bug eggs. But he just said no it’s just mosquitos, and insisted we still pay for the room. We said no, we will pay a small amount for the night but not the full price because we were itching and had bites all over us. They threatened to call the tourism police, but eventually let us go a after we paid 10,000 kyats. They kept saying no it’s just mosquitos, you must pay. But my friend and I have both traveled for many months, and we know the difference between bed bugs and mosquitos.

That's good for cheap sleep. That's is. 10000 for a night single room with bathroom. WiFi only at the reception
