I've shopped here for the last two years and in Yangon, they have the best supply of canvas that I have found. The staff are always helpful, and I have been charged at the same rate each time I have purchased acrylic paint and canvas. The canvas isn't mounted on a frame, but I like that option so I can get very large canvases home. The shop has been here for years and was once operated by the current owner's father. It's neat to shop at a family business.

Great place to get all your artsy needs! They are also very helpful in case you cannot speak Myanmar or if you need more information about something. However they should stop trying to get every penny out of foreigners. You have something to sell in a shop, put a price tag on it. For the same canvas one salesman says 4,500ks and the other 2,500ks. Come on! Same for brushes; 8000ks and 4,500ks. Seriously?! That makes me not want to come back. Just this. Whereas otherwise you get loyal customers who you take care of and who always come back whenever they need a product you provide. Be smart!
