Mostly Express buses stop 30 min there. You can get Myanmar and Karen food as well as tea,coffee,snacks and fruits.

Restaurant located between Kawkareik and Kyondoe mostly serves to passenger buses to and from Myawaddy. Thai style noodles at a small shop attached to it selling with nice local taste.

Usually crowded. Can get a lot of Myanmar traditional dishes. The vegies are fresh and the shop provide a lot to customers. Try Ngathalao "pressure cooked fish" here.
