Our puppy almost been killed.
Staffs were laughing taking their time chatting while our puppy's mouth was tied made her hard to breath.
Our puppy's tongue already turned purple when my wife caught the scene.
My wife had terrifying experience.
+My wife pointed out twice that Puppy's tongue was turning purple which was out of its mouth laying and found puppy's condition was not well it was hardly breathing. I don't understand how could your staff have misunderstood this.
Tongue turning purple is a signal of low oxygen in blood. Tying muzzle hard and for a long time can make puppy killed, your staff should know these facts. And constantly checking puppy's condition while they are grooming is most important role for your staffs. Please think how serious it is to tying a puppy's muzzle until even your staffs finds it difficult to untie.
