Located on the ground floor of the shopping centre you’ll find a small selection of pastries and dessert-style breads inside what are presumably hygienic cabinets. This area of the bakery is self-service. There’s another area for ‘fancy’ cakes - all of which are terribly unhealthy and loaded with fat and sugar, and not conducive to keeping diabetes out of your life. You’ll need the bakery assistants’ help with these, if you’re really set on destroying your health and mobility. The decor is - as you’d expect in a new shopping centre of this size - rather tasteful. Surfaces are glossy and dark, and the furniture is modern and in a clearly defined area. However, it would be nice if there were a few more choices regarding the type of breads which are available - rather than white, tasteless, soft and requiring no teeth to consume. A light rye would be nice on a regular basis, but seems unlikely if the demand for it isn’t there.

It is inside of the mall. Price is cheap,taste is so good. The bread i ate here is so good coz we dont have it in Indonesia.

Bakery inside the junction city mall with good pastries and cheap price tag. I absolutely like their lava floss bread with soft salted egg inside (1000ks!!) The chicken curry puffs is an interesting and tasty fusion. The matcha cake is just average so it's passable. Bakery is very convenient if you're staying in Pan Pacific hotel.
