I successfully applied for a tourist visa. The process itself was easy enough but the representatives at the counter are absolutely horrible! I was one of the easiest applications to process - I had ALL my documents prepared and ready - and they were still unnecessarily rude and condescending. The folks in front of me (families especially) were treated even worse. It was extremely infuriating to watch people being treated that way for NO REASON. One family walked out mid-process because they, understandably, did not appreciate being spoken to so rudely. The embassy really needs to step up to deal with this atrocious customer service.

I sent my luggage from Japan to Yangon by EMS. Even one week after arriving in Yangon, the delivery status is kept and it is not delivered, so I went to deliver it when I asked the recipient to confirm it, but I lied calmly that I was absent and treated it as unknown recipient and divided it by myself It seems that he was trying. It made me sad when there were many poor people with no morals. I can't leave even one piece of luggage with confidence. Even if you contact the post office, it is impossible because Myanmar EMS is not related from here, so please give me guidance.
