Except Agents, for normal n individual persons facing the worst experiences compared to all other Embassies in Myanmar for getting visas. Should follow other Embassies procedures for the convenience n comfortable for visa applicants. When collecting back the passport there are 5 windows n only 1 window is opening n others r closed although there r sitting clerks Behind the windows. Suggest should open separate windows especially for Agents because each Agent is doing for 30,40 passports n other individual concerned r waiting . My token number is 9 n have to wait for 1and a half hour to get my turn because of first 6 agents though they issued over 70 tokens Had never experienced in all other Embassies In Myanmar for Customer service

I have come here to apply visa 4 times. The service is improved gradually, faster (01 check instead of 02 like before). But the regulation is still very strict. Should have enough document in accordance with their requirement to save time. after applying visa 1 day, you have to go to China Bank (ICBC) to pay visa fee then come back to Embassy in the afternoon. Basically, in the week, it need 2 days to finish everything but waiting time is quite long.
