Downtown cinema building is a very attractive visit area in Yangon. Two cinemas are existing in there such as Shay Saung, Nay Pyi Taw cinema, the Su Htoo Pann and Myo Ma are re built to new one as Sakura Condo. Muat visit here and watch a film when the corona virus pandemic is over cleaned. Actually we should miss old one, built in to new one we need to make a greeting as Say Hi. Worthy a visit when you reached in Yangon, Myanmar.

One of the best cinema in yangon. Their facilities are nice. Seats are comfortable.😊

This Cinema was in the center of Yangon downtown. More and more developing. Some Restaurant nearby and City mart infront...Good place for enjoy and Spent holidy..

There is no online booking and ticket buying system. Need to walk in to buy ticket. Even didn't pick up and answer the phone for inquiry. Just give one star for nice seat, screen, sound system and aircon.

The seats is fine, sound is not bad but don't take the first line of the seats like the other cinemas
