25 USD for single, 30 USD for double. AC, very clean, hot water, ok water pressure. Window. Bathroom is a walled off section of your room (not enclosed, you hear everything). Wash basin drains into bathroom onto your feet if you are not careful. I believe no wifi, but 4G MPT. This is a decent option if you are fine with the bathroom situation.

Bus stop from Yangon. Somehow inconvenient.

Good value for the city, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Very central in a busy street.
