good relaxing place for coffee and aircon is real freezing here...haha!

A little bit noisy with too much air conditioning. It used to be cheaper than other cafes on the street but in October they increased menu prices 25%. Not recommended, given that there are better bakeries+cafes in Yaw Min Gyi.
