They charge by pieces. 20 pieces = 3000kyat. Clothes were ready under 24h and nothing was missing. The clothes had a nice clean smell. They speak English and are very polite and friendly. The shop looks clean with modern machines and is packed with workers washing and ironing. We had a few really tough stains on white shirts (from red dust along the rail track) and as expected they didn't manage to remove them at all. That's ok. Now the bad news: What really disappointed us is that the seam of about three cotton-shirts had strange shrink-marks and they weren't stretchy no more at all at these places. As if the textile was "dead". One seam even had a small hole in it. The collars weren't clean as well. Because the shop was a bit far away from our accommodation we didn't return to ask for an explanation. To sum it up: Price is really good (our hotel wanted 2$ for a single shirt), staff is friendly, clothes are washed quickly and basic work can be expected. But maybe you don't want to bring dirty and expensive clothes here.
