In one instance, I got a shirt washed+ironed and it was returned to me crushed into a plastic bag (as wrinkly as if it wasn't ironed). Later on I had some trousers get progessively more discolored as they were dry-cleaned there. I didn't blane them, but I pointed it out and asked them to be careful. This last time they hung them on a hangar in a way that hides the spots; as soon as I got home I realized the grey pants are now straight--up orange.
