Cake is not only delicious and beautifully decorated but also extravagant. A mini cake costing 8000 per pc and taking 5500 kyats just for packaging is just outrageous to me. If money is not a problem to you, this is the place for you. For others who ain't filthy rich, i would recommend looking for other places such as Seasons or Parisian.
