I am super happy with the hair cut I got at Topps hair. I asked them (based on a picture) to cut my hair short. I felt it was easier to make this big change while traveling as everything is new anyway :) and the risk was worth taking! Their English was good enough to understand each other. They are very pro. The shampoo massage was great and the hair cut maybe the best I have ever had! Thank you!!!

Great hospitality and service. The moment I saw that they're using a wide tooth comb on my tangled curly hair and brushing it gently from the bottom all the way to the top, I knew I was at the right place. They did a hair wash based on my scalp type and a hair cut that nicely framed my face. I will definitely come back here.

A place where Japanese owners are very good people and can go with peace of mind. The shampoo done on the bed is also very comfortable. And because there is no regular holiday, it is very helpful. Recommended!
