The rates here are alright. Not sure about the staff services. However. They tend to close early? Not sure. I went back again and they were closed.

Not only money changer but also they selling mobile phone and relative accessories. Good service with fair price and location is busiest Yangon's downtown main road area.

Officially you can only change the posted 4 currencies . This business will change many other currencies also. However, count your original currency first as the owner made a "mistake" but I knew how much was there so I asked him to count again.
