Found GI Express website and bought a bus ticket from Yangon to Myawaddy about MMK 12,000 one day before departure. I got confirmation of booking via email within 15min. (I got a cancellation notice from other bus company in last minute without any valid reason) There's air-conditioning waiting area with toilet, free drinking water and a TV showing Myanmar channel. Staff do not speak much English, but was very helpful. Bus seat was comfortable which I could take a nap easily. They provide blanket, one bottle water & plastic bag(in case you want to vomit) on the bus. No charging facilities on the bus, you can charge devices in the waiting room before departure.

No English speaking staff at all. On bus service very limited, entertainment LCD not working or just very few movies to choose from. Mosquitoes on bus.
