Run-down building but easy enough to get a ticket at the counter. Trains are super cheap in Myanmar!

Pretty station. Nice and helpful people!! Just be nice and concise with the taxi drivers as usual and u'll walk out from there on the tips of ur toes

During British colony era, Moulmein railway station has been operated only between Moulmein and Ye' and it didn't established within core rail lines in Tanintharyi coast.At that time being, the train from Yangon stopped at Martaban and all moulmein passengers were sailing a boat or vessels across Thanlwin river to arrive moulmein.When Thanwlin bridge built in 2006, It has direct contact with the main rail travel.
