Overall communication skill and problem solving of staff is like garbage. I ordered my ticket through their website yet they want me to show the screenshot of process...like whaaat? as their website suggests all i need to do was just tell them 6digit passcode and thats all but in reality NOPE well staffs tried to explain me that their website data is just accidently disappeared huuh? yeahh so i need to show them my bank account. About actual movie quality etc yeahh its decent nothing special sooo i would suggest different Cinema since most of them are all same so atleast get a proper customer service

Just go to Urgoo. Clerks were not nice.
