Huge disappointment. Wanted to buy a blue dress, but it was damaged, so I asked if there’s a possibility to fix it provisionally so the damage doesn’t get worse during transportation or maybe get a discount. I was told that I have to wait. After a phone call I was told that neither would it be fixed for the flight nor could I buy the dress damaged for the original price: I liked it so much that I proposed to fix it on my own. The answer was no. I was not allowed to buy the damaged dress for the full price! Very disappointing and a big lack of convenience.
