View is very nice. It is on the 17th floor of central tower in the downtown. It is a luxury restaurant. I liked the breakfast rather than dinner. Taste was not the best but it was OK. Portion was not big enough. Price is probably the highest in the town. Service is too fancy and official. I think this is a good place to date and have some business lunch. Interior and environment is very nice.

Probably the most exclusive restaurant and bar of Ulaanbaatar. Perfect served food, outstanding service. Very nice wine list and a superb view over the city. A must visit !

Located at 17th Floor at Central Tower. You can enjoy beautiful view of the Sukhbaatar Square while having food. Place is very clean having nice ambiance and service is quick. Food taste is good. Few vegan options are also there in the menu. Finally althogh its a fine dining restaurant but not too expensive. So overall a must visit restaurant if you are in UB. :)

Fine dining old french style. Very nice view and good food selection. Wine list needs improvement. Service is nice and the food quality is good.
