The people who work there, really need to be educated and be at work place. If I got in there, I always see empty hall and lot of stamps etc

Stamps, international ATMs and sim cards. Stamps are 1000 tugruk (30 cents) to Europe for postcards and 1300 tugruk (40 cents) to Europe for letters. Got a sim card from MobiCom, which worked directly. And I sent post cards for which there's a place to write. The choice of stamps is awesome - from smal, classic and standard to beautiful and huge and they're cheap too. TDB bank generally has an internatonal ATM. There it had an ATM for VISA MasterCard Maestro Unionpay and more.
