Hotel Hacienda Cola de Caballo

We reserved 2 rooms 221,222 on December 27,28, on 2020 for two nights, very dirty rooms, no amenities, no towels in rooms, dirty carpet, walls bathrooms it was discussing. Exterior was dirty as well, restaurant was abandone went at 8 am for a coffee and it was all alone purchased 5 coffee that were the worst of ever it was cold black waters no flavor and the call it coffee horrible, restaurant was very dirty as well. Hotel has a very nice potential of being and excellent place in the right hands, but not currently will not go back very disappointed that we travels from Houston Texas and this place was not what we thought. To expensive to be disgusted by the hotel and the service will not recommend to any one.

Excellent service, food was great. I give it 4 stars because it was obvious the room wasn't cleaned, it has spiderwebs in the balcony and vanity area.

Love It, just to scape from the buzzy world

Nice area, with beautiful landscape. Rooms in hotel pretty old and simple with minimum comfort. Breakfast is not included in the price.
