In December 2019 we went to start the process to correct the name of my account, an error that was caused by an employee of them who discharged my payroll account. Total that to correct an error of them I had to take birth certificate, letter from my company and proof of address, etc. With all these documents they told me that they would call me when their legal department decided to correct my name. Today, March 6, 2020 they have not called me, I try to communicate by phone and they never respond. Terrible service.

They never answer the phone and they always take a long time to attend even if it's something simple

Terrible customer service. 2 months it took to register a Pyme account, and it is assumed that they are dedicated to that. The branch does not have the autonomy to register new accounts, they have to request it to corporate in CDMX. Of the worst experiences for registering business accounts.
