Bad customer service. Cancel all my accounts with HSBC through this branch.

I think I had the worst customer service experience today at this Branch. The cashier Carlos Gzz from the beginning attended me with a bad attitude, he did not allow me to make a withdrawal from my account alleging that the signature of my identification was not equal to that of his system. They send me in line with an executive, he attends to me and shows me the signature ... and it is the same as my card! I go back to the cashier, they make my withdrawal and ask me to sign the receipt, I sign it and the cashier tells me that the signature is not the same as that of my INE. Just as it sounds absurd, so they treated me, the cashier reversed the transaction and asked me to do everything again. I asked for my INE and went to the executive to ask where I could file a complaint, "by phone" they answered me. I asked the executive the name of the cashier to put it in my report, "ask him directly." Really or where to go, lousy service and no one to take responsibility.

He is the corporate of the bank, in general they are friendly within the branch and always ready to help. Sometimes there are no ATMs available (staff), you must wait around 5 minutes and one appears, the hours are longer than in other branches until 17:00. There is only one ATM in the branch, since it is the corporate one, it is short for people who go to the place, adding that in the surroundings there are offices and commercial places, at certain times there are long lines.

I was going to open an account, but seeing the lousy service of what they had waiting for me without even telling me that they were going to attend me at some point, I better not risk that all branches are like that.

I came to do a paperwork with an account executive, but the 3 available cubicles are empty; I asked the window girls if there was someone to attend to me and they said yes, but that I was "somewhere else"!
