Nectarworks Plaza La Aurora

Was visiting Monterrey & just happened to stay at the Holiday Inn next to this place. They have a lot of vegan/ vegetarian options & the food seems fairly priced for the quantity they provide. I got the hummus salad which was basically a mixed green salad with tomatoes, baked falafel balls, hummus & a yogurt cilantro sauce with baked lavash. It was a great salad because of the different textures & tastes that were on the salad.

One of my favorite healthy places. It’s expensive though but the servings are big. Great for vegan and vegetarian options. The vegan banana nut pancakes are my favorite. The matcha latte is great with soy milk and the açaí smoothie is delicious too. Worth the price in most dishes but I wouldn’t recommend the smoothies because some can taste pretty bland. I’d stick to their breakfast dishes or salads.

Great place with lots of variety of drinks. Good after a good exercise session or just good for brunch.
