I wish there were 0 stars. My TERRIBLE experience in the whole process ... Maintenance: Terrible. I took it because of the weather problem, they fixed it with a Mexican woman, the spare part took a year to arrive. Financial: Terrible. I take out a car for 700 thousand pesos and when I want to liquidate it they don't know how to give me information anywhere ... They give me different information each one. To get my bill: Terrible. It took weeks to process it, and when the deadline for them to deliver it expires, they don't know where the document is and they ask me to call the parcel to look for it. I never thought that with BMW I would have this type of problem that I have not had even with economic vehicles or any brand ... The bad taste in my mouth is incredible. I will never buy there again for good.
