They ruined some velvet Tom Ford tennis shoes, I told them I only wanted washed on the platform, they told me they would wash everything and they would be the same, they ruined the velvet, now it looks white (if it is black) and the texture ruined. Terrible service. I do not recommend it.

Super bad experience, I wore my white tennis shoes and they turned beige. They had already told me that they had not done a good job and because I ignored the comments of my friends I went to try and ERROR. Even the laces were dirty. I attach the photos to see my tennis "white" Save yourself by bringing your favorite pieces to this site !!! It feels horrible to see this result.
