Terrible service, they do not answer the phone, I ordered at home it never arrived

The worst of the worst !! The staff who have really terrible, they answer you very rude ladies and they see you ugly !! . If the store is always in order and you find a range of different products I do not like that if I forgot the savings pharmacy card they tell me and say to use it, I understand that they give them a type of commission but then if you do not bring it, it is not so that they are insisting you and with their face bad. He also sometimes made purchases online through a paid market app, and the ladies get angry 8 times they tell me that I should go to Oxxo, or somewhere else to make those payments, or they tell me that they do not have a system and yes they have !!! It has happened to me that a person previously made a payment for it and if there was a system. And they get angry if there are more than 5 payments that you have to make. If they are going to bother they should not put that option! And well, if the customer service is fatal!

PHARMACY

The pharmacy is very good but the doctor in charge is totally useless. I went with him and he prescribed a series of medications and injections for a few days. As I did not recover after the treatment, he prescribed another two injections, more medications and I am still ill. After finishing the second treatment I began to cough up blood and I went to another doctor where they explained to me the doctor's incompetence and I was assigned a new treatment with which I am showing improvements quickly and it is the correct one. I cannot begin to express my discontent with this doctor in a polite way since his mistake not only cost me valuable time of my life in which I could not do anything but during that time I only continued to get worse and suffer, trusting blindly in this "doctor" or whatever you call yourself. Without further ado I wish the worst to that doctor and to the entire pharmacy.
