La Quinta by Wyndham Monterrey Centro

The staff is super nice and friendly, but the building is not taking care of. There was a noise the hole day, from the AC or the water pipes IDK exactly. And the shower water went through the wall and into the carpet in my room and my sister’s. The towels had stains, holes and very old . The sheets supposed to be white and are like a dirty white. For what they charge for the rooms they need to fix this things. And the restaurant food expensive and I wouldn’t mind if it was good but it’s not. Need a better cook .

Clean. Everybody that works do extra ordinary job. Good location. Safe to walk around

The staff is really friendly, but the building looks old and the water pipes were making weird noises from time to time. The worse thing was that I couldn't sleep at all. Maybe because I was assigned a room next to the stairs, but I was hearing voices and doors being shut REALLY LOUD at all times during the night. I didn't rest at all and I believe that's the most important thing for staying in a 4 star hotel.

We stayed in four days and was amazing, nice and clean.

Great location. Clean rooms. Horrible breakfast
