Suites Obispado

Although my stay was only one week, I spent it like home. My thanks to the staff who gave me unique attention, they welcomed me like family. I always felt safe and rested very well. I was in one of the lofts and they really have everything you could need. I highly recommend this place, excellent service.

A place with a great location, since it is located in one of the oldest colonies in Monterrey, the Colonia Obispado. Unfortunately the care and attention of the staff leave much to be desired. I had a very unpleasant experience during my one-month stay: the headphones of my iPhone were lost (stolen) and when I let the manager know, he only responded with vague arguments without providing a solution to my problem. When commenting with other employees of the place, it turned out that those who were responsible for cleaning my room on the day of the events, already had a history of complaints from other guests and even then the administrator did not take action on the matter. It is a pity that a place that focuses on providing accommodation for executives and travelers who stay for long periods, neglects a part as important as it is the confidence and security of their belongings.

I have used it on several occasions for me, friends and relatives always with high satisfaction of the treatment and facilities.

The location is magnificent, the area is very quiet and safe. The rooms comfortable and well equipped.
